Memphis leads the nation in "disconnected youth."
According to a recent study, more than 21% of our 16-24 year-olds are neither working nor in school. We meet students with grace and understanding. Staff and volunteers invest thousands of hours and resources to connect with our members, creating accountability and deeper relationships with students.

Youth with mentors are 78% more likely to volunteer regularly & 130% more likely to hold leadership positions.

109 students showed 75% commitment or higher to attending Bible studies.

Dedicated volunteers invested more than 3,826 hours in the lives of our students this past year.
